Orders placed through the website are done so using a secure payment process. Our servers feature industry standard SSL encryption. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for order processing once you have placed your order.

Domestic (US) Shipping Ships all packages using USPS based on the shipping method that the customer specifies. Customers have the ability to select the shipping method for their order, based on the order weight and shipment destination.

Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email once their package has shipped. This email will contain the shipment tracking/delivery confirmation number (if available).

This website displays current and accurate inventory status. Products listed as in stock are available to ship immediately. Customers are able to place orders for backordered products. When checking out, the customer will be prompted to select their shipping preference for orders with backordered items:
  • Ship Complete - Ship only the complete order. With this option the order may be held while it awaits backordered parts
  • Ship Available - Ship all available parts, then ship the remaining parts when they become available. With this option the user may receive 2+ shipments for their order. Keep in mind the customer will incur shipping charges for each part of their order.

Most backordered items will display an estimated delivery date. This is the date we expect to be re-stocked with the backordered product.

We offer returns on items that are in a new, or unused condition. Items that have been used may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All sales are final on magazines, frames, and optics. Manufacturer's Warranty

All 3rd party products sold by feature a manufacturer's warranty (unless otherwise noted). guarantees that your order will arrive in operating condition. If your product fails, review your product documentation for warranty information. In most instances you will need to contact the manufacturer directly. Some manufacturers will require a receipt or proof of purchase to perform warranty work; you can download a copy of your order invoice by logging into your customer account.
